If you have not received your product after the speculated time, please send us an email at contact@moonrabbitlifestyle.com and we will assist you further.
There will be 3 attempts to make the delivery to your address incase you are not available at certain times of your delivery.
After 3 attempts, the shipping partners will return the goods to our warehouse. To ship the product again, additional shipping charges will be levied.
