Return and Exchange Policy



Returns are applicable only if you receive a physically damaged product, a product with any manufacturing defect and/or incorrect product delivery.

In the above case only, our returns are valid for 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

The 10 days are counted from the day of the delivery made in accordance with our logistics partners.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate the return process, please send us 2-3 images of the damage in question and of the full product for us to see them and fasten the process for you as well.

Once we receive the images, we shall ascertain the return eligibility as soon as possible and notify you of the same.
The ascertaining of the eligibility for return takes us approximately 2-4 working days.

The whole return process including eligibility ascertainment, exchange or refund takes around 6-10 working days. We try to keep this process as short and comfortable for you but it may take a while.

If your product has been personalised, it is NOT eligible for returns/exchange/refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item purchased from any point of sale other than our website, will not be eligible for returns or refunds.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
Refunds are applicable ONLY if the product in question is unavailable from our end. However, if the product returned is in stock with us, it becomes eligible for a replacement.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items/Discounted Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded/exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded/exchanged

To return your product, you should mail us at and we will provide you with an address to send the goods. (INDIA, Mumbai)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over INR 2000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
